I am interested in the mechanisms underlying successful behaviour change. Research interests include the development and evaluation of theory based health interventions in the domains of fruit and vegetable consumption, breakfast consumption and other appetitive behaviours.
In particular, I’m interested in the ‘intention-behaviour’ gap and ways to understand why people fail to enact good intentions.
